Dr Eliza Malkoun is passionate about providing comprehensive and holistic medical care. She operates a boutique-style medical practice offering a wide range of services.
She has a special interest in skin conditions, including skin cancers, and provides care through her skin clinic.
She provides comprehensive travel advice, including a full range of travel immunisations, and is accredited to provide Yellow Fever Vaccination.
She has a passion for chronic diseases, aged care and palliative care.
Eliza successfully completed her General Practice Fellowship in March 2015. She received the Tony Buhagiar Memorial Medal for the highest practical examination score in NSW & ACT.
She has completed a Dermatology Diploma and Certificate of Dermoscopy. She has also completed the Family Planning Short Course and Certificate in Emergency Medicine.
Eliza is a keen teacher and is involved in training GP Registrars through GP Synergy and is involved with teaching medical students through Wollongong University.
Eliza completed her Bachelor of Medicine with Honours and Bachelor of Medical Science at Sydney University.
Eliza lives locally in the Illawarra with her husband Mario Malkoun, a local General Surgeon.
