Elipse Gastric Balloon

The Allurion Elipse Gastric Balloon is a 6-month comprehensive program which facilitates an average weight loss of between 10 and 15 kilograms in 16 weeks (or 10%-15% of your total body weight). The Elipse Balloon is swallowed as a capsule and then filled with saline once in the stomach. The process does not require surgery, anaesthesia or endoscopy and only takes about 20 minutes.

Along with regular support from our doctors and dietician, the program fosters a change in habits which allows weight loss. After four months, the balloon spontaneously drains and passes into the toilet. Research has shown that the weight loss is sustained one year after starting the program in 95% of cases.
